Nothing hampering is survivability through trinkets. The character in question was Full HP, full level 3 upgrades on skills, armor and weapon.
This costs so much money just to maintain the stress level at an acceptable behaviour for the game to be playable. I enjoy the game, but the fact the game is made to not grind ressources to improve, and just accept whatever stuff happens, just feels like you will not advance unless you mindlessly go through level 1 missions for 30+ hours to gather all the upgrades neccesary to finally get higher than level 3 then 1 shot rounds on your favourite characters.īy the time you reach level 3 again to take on level 3 missions, all guys are stressed out like nuts, the only way to releive stress is campfire, tavern and some crazy church. I understand making the game as difficult as possible, but it just feels like, certain system(s) are put into place to just heavily frustrate you.
So you go in a level 3 mission and he gets 4 shot on 1st round and dies. I worked hard on a character for him to carry me at low levels to grind out some materials, trinkets, upgrades etc.However, as soon as he reaches level 3, nope, he doesn't wanna come.
